k8x Terms and Conditions — Complete User Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of the k8x platform and all its services. By visiting the k8x website, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement. 3. Age Verification and Eligibility

The minimum age to use the k8x platform is 21 years. Only those aged 21 or above may create and use an account. By opening an account, the user confirms that they meet this age requirement.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Issues

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, k8x will endeavour to provide the best possible resolution.
• A disconnection from the internet will have no impact on the member's wallet.
• In the event of a server error, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the funds will be returned.

6.3 Betting Limits
